Details	This presentation examines the relationship between EAL and FLE students' general academic ability, linguistic knowledge, and vocabulary knowledge. Results showed that EAL learners scored significantly lower on all measures, and there was a significant correlation between vocabulary knowledge and linguistic proficiency measures.
