概要	As the native English-speaking contract teacher in the role of NINJA Self-Access Learning Center Coordinator, my role has been to liaise between the staff, teachers, and students who use the center. This involves chairing meetings, curating and developing materials, and proofreading memos, letters, signs, and other promotional materials. In conjunction with the staff of the language center and other teachers, we work on problem-solving, long-term planning, and faculty development through training meetings and workshops.
