事項	Deal with rampant AI cheating on weekly quizzes in "Eat to Live" class
概要	This class had over 100 students in rolled. There was a weekly quiz given on MS forms. However, by June I realize that some sort of cheating was going on. Eventually, I realized that more than half of the students were submitting the quiz to AI and then scoring 100% every week. This forced me to act and for the last several classes I delivered a paper quiz which took about three hours to prepare and a couple more hours to grade. On top of the already heavy work load of teaching a content class with a large group of students.
