Details	Doshisha University. All school. Cultural Geography: The course target is that Ss develop vocabulary, expressive and strategic skills necessary for confident and effective verbal communication (spoken interaction and production). The textbook provides a range of familiar themes, upon which supplementary lectures on cultural geography build and expand. Each theme takes sample presentations (reading/listening) as a basis for pair work, group activities and research, culminating in individual-to-group presentation/Q and A sessions. In f-2-f format, Ss compile their presentations into a personal scrap book. In online format Ss present in Ppt. There are continuous assessment and frequent attainment checks throughout the course. Attainment target: B1 (speaking) level of CEFR.
