Details	I rewrote the curriculum for one of my food classes to further differentiate it, as I am teaching two concurrent classes. I wrote new lectures and materials, and organized the lectures and readings around the broad themes of "Business, Government and Food Consumption", "Food and Religion", "Food and the Environment". I wrote ten or eleven new lectures to reformat the class.
