Item Vizualization of learning in the seminars of the Faculty of Foreing Studies
Details I coordinated this FD subcommittee and, in collaboration with my partner, Professor Tatsumi Ryō, shared the idea that visualizing seminar activities is an effective way to enhance student motivation, with the potential for synergistic effects. Furthermore, it was suggested that the post-SDGs era is expected to bring a shift toward a regionally decentralized and sustainable society. In future seminar activities, it will be important not only to focus on foreign countries but also to pay attention to communities within Japan, emphasizing the roles of diverse regional communities. Seminar activities and students' learning goals should be utilized to explore the coexistence of people of different religions, races, and ethnicities within communities. This perspective should be connected to a sense of what makes our university unique.
