Details	In groups, students present about a cultural even in Japan such as Tanbabata, Obon, New Year's Day, Weddings in Japan, Coming of Age Day, etc. They must prepare a handout which will act as a visual aid to their message. They must answer 5 basic questions: Who carries out the practice (e.g., families, religious leaders, etc.), where this practice is carried out (e.g., in the home, at school, in a shrine, etc.), When it first started, Why it is carried out (e.g., to celebrate the new year, etc.) and How it is different from similar practices in other countries.
