事項	Curriculum improvement based on school observations in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada
概要	Developing improvement plan for the school's curriculum in terms of behavioral issues: students had diffisulties self-regulating in public spaces such as halls or libraries compared after observing Schools ins Squamish, British Columbia, Canada. The proposal included: Providing teachers with time to discuss about the problem we detected and to set common strategies/agreements, including students in this process; implementing signaling in common spaces (classrooms and halls) that explicitly show what teachers and students agree on (expected behavior); providing classrooms with infrastructure which help students who have difficulties with self regulation. (Example: special cushions, different seats, etc.). After writing our report, we received some funding to start with the implementation, provided by the Networks of Inquiry and Indigenous Education (NOIIE).
