Title Tapping as a mindfulness Technique and Emotional Regulation
Details The technique is to tap on focus points in the body, similar to acupuncture. As you do so, you acknowledge the past and the future and possibly use positive mantras. After repeating the tapping sequence you should feel calm, centered and have a heightened self-awareness.
