概要	The aim of this lecture was to describe the operation of a small business in Kyoto, engage students in brainstorming sessions, and discuss strategies for implementation of innovative ideas. Considering the current state of world travel, business, and health, particular emphasis was on having a "Plan B", and being ready for changes in the global business and marketing environment.
