概要	The Big Question: how can mobile devices enhance life long learning environments? Mobile devices are an integral part of most Japanese students lives. The accessibility, connectivity, familiarity and convenience of mobile devices make them ideal for self-regulated learning environments. Will the fast evolution of digital technologies and the connected nature of Mobile-Assisted Learning (MAL) mean it will become a main platform for life-long education? What content works best and will drive uptake of MAL? What charging and data roaming models would enable students to use MAL to its full potential?
