概要	This is a paper that focuses on the rise of China’s influence on Northeast Asian Security architecture. The current US dominated Hub and Spoke system is here to stay, but it is a relic of the Cold war and should be changed. China can contribute to a new regional arrangement, but “soft multilateralism” such as the ARF lacks efficiency. How China can contribute to a new arrangement is not clear, especially given his view that the Hub and Spoke system is here to stay and countries like Japan is relying on it.
