概要	Japan now has the limited right of collective self-defense, but its security laws are very complicated and decision-making would be tedious and time-consuming. This was proven when a NGO had a big war game in Japan. According to its report, its participants took a very long time to decide which situation fits with which law designation, etc. Thus, the real implementation /exercise of the right of collective self-defense would not be prompt enough to be effective even when Japan is willing to do something to help Taiwan.
