Details	憲法9条の解釈から集団的自衛権の行使（集団的自衛権自体は保持しているが）が全面的に禁止された論理、状況を説明したのち、安倍政権下で解釈変更がなされ、限定的な行使が可能になった論理・経過を解説した。そのため、駆けつけ警護などが可能になり、それが日本のPKO活動に与える影響なども論じた。
