Details	東アジアではアメリカを中心とするハブ・スポーク体制が主体である。中国が軍事的に台頭したが、このアメリカ中心型安全保障体制を代替するまではいかない。日本に関しては、日米同盟体制やそれが果たす役割が大きい点を説明した。
