Details	日本は非核政策のもとで究極的な非核の世界を目指すが、現状においてはアメリカの核に傘に依拠しているとの矛盾がある。なぜ、この矛盾した状況になったのかを説明した。また、日本が抱えている余剰プルトニウムの問題を取り上げ、これが核不拡散への懸念材料となっているが、IAEAとの協力の下でその懸念の払しょくを図っている状況を説明した。
