Details | In this atelier, I will show the difference between the viewpoints of "grammar for learning Japanese" and "Japanese grammar for researchers" concerning Japanese intransitive verbs. For example, "kore wa note ga tuketa ppt desu(This is a ppt attached to a notebook)" is a sentence written by a student studying Japanese, but it is not correct. It is difficult to understand why this sentence is incorrect if you use Grammar for learning Japanese. Therefore, in this atelier, I will show why this example is incorrect by using Japanese grammar for researchers such as being written in a handbook of Japanese grammar. If you understand this, you can also understand why Japanese people use intransitive verbs when they say, "Saa ocha ga hairimashita yo!, Come on, everyone, I have tea!" |
